Uso del sitio
Access to this site is unrestricted and free of charge. Using the application requires a subscription to one of the plans and is governed by the terms and conditions.
Anyone accessing the site undertakes not to use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to access restricted areas or other organisations' data, or take any action that could damage or overload the service.
Propiedad intelectual
The software, the Senda trade mark, the texts, the design and the graphic elements on this site are owned by the operator of Senda or used under licence. Subscribing to a plan grants the right to use the application for the duration of the subscription. It does not transfer ownership of, or any exploitation rights in, the software.
The documents, contracts and data uploaded by each organisation remain its property. We do not acquire any rights over them merely by hosting them.
Responsabilidad
Senda is a contract compliance management tool. The obligations proposed by the application on the basis of a contract constitute a proposal that requires human review and approval before taking effect, and the application is designed accordingly.
The operator of Senda accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of information in the application or for any loss or damage arising from use that breaches these terms or the service documentation.
Ley aplicable
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute, and where permitted by law, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain. If the contracting party is a consumer, the jurisdiction prescribed by consumer law shall apply.
